CASEY CONSTRUCTION SAFETY STATEMENT

Safety is the most important aspect of every CASEY Construction project.

Our fundamental safety culture has enabled us to remain accident-free since conception.

We have teamed with Safety Insider Consulting and require all our project personnel to complete OSHA certification training courses in addition to our extensive training held on-site. A copy of our safety training manual is at each job-site and daily pre-shift meetings are held where the tasks for the day is relayed to the crew and is information is pulled from the manual and gone over with the entire project staff as it pertains to the work that will be performed that day.



CASEY Construction Behavior Based Health and Safety System (Zero Accidents) focuses on preventing or reducing losses and safety incidents using behavior-based tools and management techniques. This system identifies and eliminates risk before it occurs, and is a proven, effective tool that has been integrated into CASEY Construction’s business philosophy.



We do not tolerate unsafe behavior; we reward safe behavior – ZERO injuries, ZERO incidents, ZERO excuses. We expect each and every CASEY Construction member to be responsible and perform in a safe manner at all times. 



CASEY Construction is 100% committed to safety and has applied the following to ensure we maintain our safety record.



• A companywide drug use policy.
• A motor vehicle safety policy.
• Pre-shift meetings on every project; every day (discuss tasks for the day and safety requirements surrounding the task that will be performed).
• Weekly toolbox safety talks.
• Quarterly “all hands” safety meetings.
• Third-party job site safety inspections by Safety Insider Consulting.
• Hazardous Communication Training.
• Weekly site safety inspections by the site superintendent.
• Continuing safety education and training administered by Safety Insider Consulting.
